British Basketball League appoint VIP Matchdays as Official Hospitality Partners
The British Basketball League (BBL) is thrilled to announce an exciting new partnership with VIP Matchdays who will be selling exclusive VIP hospitality packages to all future BBL Finals.
The link-up will see packages being sold for next month’s exciting season finale at The O2 in London, when the BBL and WBBL (Women’s British Basketball League) Play-Off Finals are both on the same spectacular bill as HoopsAid 2016 in what promises to be an outstanding day of basketball in the capital.
VIP Matchdays are an experienced event management company which specialises in the sale of the very best official hospitality packages at key events and venues around the UK.
“We are hugely excited by being able to partner someone like VIP Matchdays who are renowned in the hospitality and events sector,” stated BBL Chief Operating Officer, Andy Webb.
“They have over 15 years of expertise at major sporting Finals and other big events, where they help to make it an even more of a special experience for those who are attending.
“We pride ourselves on the success of our own Finals which have been growing each and every year in popularity as attendances have shown.
“So, to be able to work with VIP Matchdays is only going to further enhance access, choice and quality for our fans and corporate guests.”
Meanwhile Laura Miller, Managing Director of VIP Matchdays commented, “The spectacle of the events that the BBL put on is second to none, to experience such a fantastic family friendly atmosphere, and see your sporting heroes close up from a court side location, really is something special.”
“We pride ourselves in offering customers the very best experience at sporting events and so to be able to partner with a forward thinking and exciting organisation like the BBL is great news for all concerned.”
In addition to the event at The 02 on Sunday 08 May, the partnership will continue next season, with all three of the 2016-17 BBL flagship Finals included as part of the new partnership.
Laura added “We hope to be able to offer both existing and new fans a truly first class experience, as we introduce brand new hospitality packages and experiences starting with the BBL Play Off Finals this year and across the three central BBL finals from 2017, it is a very exciting time for the sport and we are delighted to be part of it”
