We have three packages to choose from, and optional bar arrangements for your consideration, outlined below:

Silks (A choice of three grazing buffets* and light afternoon tea)

Friday – £379 + vat per person
Saturday – £299 + vat per person

Classic (Traditional three course lunch with traditional afternoon tea) –
Friday – £419 + vat per person
Saturday – £349 + vat per person

Winners (Canapés, gourmet four course lunch with luxury afternoon tea with warm savouries and strawberries and cream)
Friday – £459 + vat per person
Saturday – £399 + vat per person

Bar Arrangements for 2026

Pay As You Go – We offer a private bar stocked with wines, bottled beers, main line spirits and mixers as standard, whereby guests purchase their drinks via card payment on the day. No further cost to you at booking stage. Please note we are unable to run bar tabs or retain a card behind the bar on the day.

Account – Guests are served without request for payment. Orders are accumulated on the day and an invoice for the consumption (minus the deposit of £60 + VAT per person), will be raised for payment post-event. We require a deposit for each guest to open the account, as an estimated cost. Should the final bill reflect an amount lower than initially paid as the deposit, you will receive a refund for the difference.

Proper Drinks Package – One glass per person of House Champagne or Pimm’s No1 on arrival, Main line spirits selection, Soft drinks and mixers, Lager and Cider, Specially selected wines priced at £119 + VAT per person. Add House Champagne served all day for an extra £35 + VAT per person.

Premium Drinks Package – Glass of House NV Champagne or Pimm’s No1 on arrival, and throughout the day. Premium spirits selection, premium soft drinks and mixers, premium lager and cider, specially selected premium wines, free flowing sparkling wine and champagne priced at £199 + VAT per person.
