Bobby’s Boys | Hilton Newcastle – November 2023

Join us for a night of football chat and fantastic memories with ‘Bobby’s Boys,’ featuring five key players from the great Newcastle side built by legendary manager Bobby Robson in the early 2000s, which had three top 5 finishes and played in the Champions League twice.

As Newcastle enter a bold, new era under Eddie Howe, with hopes high for trophies in the coming seasons, perhaps today’s crop of players will eclipse ‘Bobby’s Boys’ and bring home some silverware to St. James’ Park.

In any event, fans of the Toon who watched the likes of Laurent Robert, Rob Lee, Nobby Solano, Oli Bernard and Shola Ameobi, will surely not forget the thrilling football produced by Bobby’s team, setting the benchmark for the future.

Enjoy a fabulous three course dinner at the Hilton Newcastle Gateshead and then settle back as our panel delve into their careers, their memories of the great man Robson, and share their thoughts on the future for the club, with our host for the evening, local lad Pete Graves!

We are also joined by members of Bobby Robson’s family, who will share a couple of their football memories.
