HAMPTON COURT PALACE – June 2025

We have some very exciting news: we’ve just announced the first six artists in our line-up for the Hampton Court Palace Festival: James, Rag ‘n’ Bone Man, Bananarama, The Good, James the Bad & The Rugby, Chaka Khan, and Elbow!

 

• JAMES – The band entered a six-year hiatus in December 2001, but such was the connection and fervency of their fanbase that their 2007 reunion was met with such renewed success that it was as though they’d never been away. James’s celebrated second era, launched with 2008’s Hey Ma, would earn them more Top 20 album placings and faster ticket sales than their whirlwind initial run, completing an unbroken run of 15 Top Twenty albums since 1990.
• RAG’N’BONE MAN – Rising to prominence in 2016 with the release of ‘Human’; Rag’n’Bone Man has taken the world by storm with his blend of traditional blues and hip hop and his powerfully deep baritone voice. Since his first release he has continued to produce hit after hit, with songs like ‘Skin’ and ‘Giant’.
• BANANARAMA – Get your dancing shoes on as we welcome one of the most successful female groups of all time. Get ready to boogie on down with Bananarama as they take to the stage at the palace next year, belting out all their classic hits like ‘Cruel Summer’ and ‘Love in the First Degree’.
• THE GOOD THE BAD AND THE RUGBY PODCAST – England legends James Haskell and Mike Tindall and TV presenter Alex Payne will be hosting a live edition of their popular podcast delving into all thing’s rugby and more. Expect the unexpected – no two shows are alike. Prepare yourselves for a night of pure rugby madness. For the first time we are introducing a ‘beers and bowls package’ which includes a meet and greet with the lads.
• CHAKA KHAN – Chaka Khan, a beacon of musical brilliance, celebrated a pinnacle moment with her induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2023, marking five decades of unparalleled contributions to music. This ten-time Grammy winner’s influence spans a vast array of genres, from the soulful depths of R&B to the refined echelons of classical music
• ELBOW – It’s fair to say that Guy Garvey is in triumphant mood. The lead singer, lyricist, and most recognisable member of the BRIT and Mercury Award winning, arena filling, Mancunian musical institution (as they must surely now be regarded) that is elbow is on a high following the completion of the band’s landmark tenth studio album.
